GSA Optimizer
Per-user needs assessment and licence optimisation for Microsoft Entra Global Secure Access (Private Access), available in two plans:
- Hosted - your traffic logs are copied into a Log Analytics workspace dedicated to your organisation in Circle of Bytes' EU subscription, and the analysis runs there as a managed service under a data processing agreement.
- Self-hosted - the engine runs in your own Azure subscription.
What leaves your tenant on the self-hosted plan
Your traffic logs, user names, device names and destinations never leave your tenant. Circle of Bytes receives, per run: aggregate counts (users per group, devices, licence totals), the period measured, run status, duration and error code, the engine version, report languages, and the file names and sizes of the reports - file names contain your organisation's name. Plus a heartbeat with the engine version.
